Undoubtedly the highlight of the Carnival celebrations!
Don’t forget! Just like last year the parade will leave Springfield Road at the earlier time of 1pm.
As well as the amazingly decorated floats, fancy dress and visiting royalty there will be live music from The New Orleans Strollers, Loxley Silver Band, Newcastle District Scout Drum Corps and Bloco Sorridente!
Floats will be judged en route with the winners announced and prizes given on the Carnival Field.
